The centre piece represents an ‘inner’ and ‘ideal’ world, whilst those flanking it reflect a microcosm which allows the viewer to investigate the nature of society. The pieces are part of a mixed media installation, ceramic technique allowing me to achieve a ‘pure’ surface with it’s ‘whiteness’ emphasizing my concept of solitude.

Is é an saol ‘inmheánach, idéalach’  atá i gceist leis an dealbh i lár báire.

Maidir leis na dealbha mórthimpeall uirthi, is micreacosm iad sin a ligeann don lucht féachana dúchas na sochaí a fhiosrú. Baineann na dealbha seo le saothar ilmheánach de mo chuid. Ligeann an obair ceramic dom éadan mín geal gan smál gan mháchail a thionsclú: is é aonraiceas an duine atá i gceist leis an dath bán.

Mae’r darn canolog yn cynrychioli byd ‘mewnol’ a ‘delfrydol’ gyda’r darnau ar bob ochr yn adlewyrchu microcosm sy’n caniatáu i’r gwyliwr archwilio i natur cymdeithas. Mae’r darnau’n rhan o osodwaith cyfryngau cymysg, technegau cerameg sy’n gadael i mi greu arwyneb ‘pur’ trwy’i ‘wynder’ gan bwysleisio fy nghysyniad o unigrwydd.
